A co-founder of WellnessVIP, Frank previously served as Chairman and CEO of Berkeley HeartLab, a leading clinical laboratory specializing in cardiovascular disease management in the US. Berkeley was acquired by the private equity fund Celera in 2007 for $195 million, representing a multiple of 6 times the original cash investment for his investors. During his 10 year tenure as CEO of Berkeley HeartLab, Frank and his team built the business from $1.6M to $100M in revenues, with 18% EBITDA margins. Frank has assembled many members of his original management team at Berkeley as well as other proven industry veterans.
Jamie began his career as a management consultant at The Wilkerson Group and has spent over 15 years in executive roles with companies including J&J's SymCare Personalized Health Solutions, a diabetes mHealth company; CardioNet, a pioneer in wireless medicine; CorSolutions, a leading disease management company; and Oxford Health Plans. Jamie earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. with Honors from Brown University.
From 2006 to 2011, Eric was at Johnson & Johnson, where he managed several of the fastest growing companies within J&J’s medical devices and consumer products businesses. Prior to J&J, Eric was general counsel and business development lead at Animas Corporation, which was sold to J&J for $580 million in 2006. He holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia and an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
A co-founder of WellnessVIP, Todd is a specialist in CIMT imaging technology and endothelial dysfunction, both critical diagnostic and therapeutic tools for cardiovascular disease management. He has also built a company that is the market leader in CIMT use for cardiovascular disease. Prior to CardioRisk and WellnessVIP Todd launched other successful ventures in the high-tech space. Todd was the Vice President / General Manager of iBaun which provided high-speed internet to the hotel industry. In that role he helped to grow the company from concept to > $100MM in revenue in just under 4 years. Prior to iBaun, Todd was a co-founder and Vice President of Master Control, an enterprise software solution for document control relating to quality standards like the FDA, ISO/QS-9000, and Boeing standards. Todd has a BSBA and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Prior to joining WellnessVIP she was the Senior Manager, 4myheart Program at Berkeley HeartLab. Prior to Berkeley, she was Clinical Director at Austin Heart among many clinically related positions within the cardiovascular specialty for 30 years. She has a B. S. in Nursing from McMurry University.
Scott was with Berkeley HeartLab as a regional sales director from 2006 through 2011. He has held various sales positions within the advanced cardiovascular specialty since 1996. Scott has a B.S. from Georgia Southern University.
